Founded by Timothée BAUER in 2019, the company BAUER LEGAL SERVICES AG advises and assists clients in the following areas:

In addition to his advisory activity at BAUER LEGAL SERVICES SA, Timothée BAUER is also a lawyer at the Bar of Geneva, which allows him to represent his clients in a variety of judicial matters, including civil and commercial disputes, as well as business criminal law.
Timothée BAUER is also a Vice President of the International Court of Mediation and Arbitration and a recognized lawyer for these alternative methods of dispute settlement.
Timothée BAUER has been qualified for teaching (Master’s degree in secondary education of law – (MASE) accredited by the University Institute of Teacher Training (IUFE)), as well as has acquired a Bachelor’s degree (BA) and a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) at the University of Geneva.
Having worked in a bank and in an international trading company in Geneva, as well as in various Swiss political institutions, he taught law for 4 years at the Department of Public Education (DIP) and then worked as an Assistant at the Department of Civil Law of the University of Geneva, and finally turned to the profession of lawyer, first at Avocats ADOR & Associés SA (2011-2016) and then at BST AVOCATS (2016-2018) where he was one of the founding partners.
In 2016 he was also awarded a Silver medal with Palm for his entire career by the Universal League of the Common weal.
